This Privacy Policy describes how Valizio ("the app") handles your information. Valizio is developed by Paweł Wiszenko, trading as Tersacore ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us via the contact page.

Your data stays on your device

Anything you create or enter in Valizio is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive it, we do not collect it, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Weather

To show forecasts, Valizio requests weather data from Apple Weather (WeatherKit). The location you choose is sent to Apple to retrieve the forecast, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather and other sources.

Depending on the features you use, Valizio may rely on:

Children

Valizio is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

For most of our apps we collect nothing, so there's nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete — your data lives on your device or in your own iCloud/Google account, which you control. Where personal data is processed by the third parties above, you can exercise your rights through those providers. We comply with the GDPR; the data controller for any such processing is Paweł Wiszenko (Tersacore).
