Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Milionerzy ("the app") handles your information. Milionerzy is developed by Paweł Wiszenko, trading as Tersacore ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us via the contact page.

Your data stays on your device

Anything you create or enter in Milionerzy is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive it, we do not collect it, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Advertising

Milionerzy shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google may access information such as your device's advertising identifier, approximate location (derived from your IP address), and ad-interaction data. This processing is carried out by Google under Google's Privacy Policy (see Third-party services below).

Tracking permission

Before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads, Milionerzy asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can allow or decline, and change your choice any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not limit your use of the app — you'll simply see less relevant ads.

Third-party services

Depending on the features you use, Milionerzy may rely on:

• Apple — App Store. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google — AdMob. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Children

Milionerzy is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

For most of our apps we collect nothing, so there's nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete — your data lives on your device or in your own iCloud/Google account, which you control. Where personal data is processed by the third parties above, you can exercise your rights through those providers. We comply with the GDPR; the data controller for any such processing is Paweł Wiszenko (Tersacore).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
