We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Havaro on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Havaro — including attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute it except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Purchases and subscriptions
Havaro may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Havaro.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Havaro after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
