This Privacy Policy describes how Fluego ("the app") handles your information. Fluego is developed by Paweł Wiszenko, trading as Tersacore ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us via the contact page.

Your data stays on your device

Anything you create or enter in Fluego is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive it, we do not collect it, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Purchases

Fluego offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment information. Apple provides us only the limited, non-identifying information needed to deliver and restore your purchases.

Children

Fluego is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

For most of our apps we collect nothing, so there's nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete — your data lives on your device or in your own iCloud/Google account, which you control. Where personal data is processed by the third parties above, you can exercise your rights through those providers. We comply with the GDPR; the data controller for any such processing is Paweł Wiszenko (Tersacore).
