These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Aritio ("the app"), developed by Paweł Wiszenko, trading as Tersacore ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Aritio, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aritio on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Aritio — including attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute it except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Aritio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Aritio.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aritio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EEA.
