Privacy Policy
Arbaro · Last updated 2026-07-08
This Privacy Policy describes how Arbaro ("the app") handles your information. Arbaro is developed by Paweł Wiszenko, trading as Tersacore ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us via the contact page.
Your data stays on your device
Anything you create or enter in Arbaro is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive it, we do not collect it, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
iCloud sync
If you're signed in to iCloud, Arbaro can sync your data across your devices using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). This data is kept in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy; we cannot access it. You can turn iCloud off for Arbaro in iOS Settings at any time.
Apple Health
With your permission, Arbaro integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit): it saves your finished workouts to Health, and reads heart rate, active energy, and body weight to show live workout metrics and estimate calories. Health data is used solely to provide these features — it stays on your device and in your own Health storage under Apple's control, is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never shared with third parties. You can review or revoke Health access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Third-party services
Depending on the features you use, Arbaro may rely on:
- Apple — App Store, iCloud. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
Arbaro is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
For most of our apps we collect nothing, so there's nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete — your data lives on your device or in your own iCloud/Google account, which you control. Where personal data is processed by the third parties above, you can exercise your rights through those providers. We comply with the GDPR; the data controller for any such processing is Paweł Wiszenko (Tersacore).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
